The room was immaculate and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, but the experience was dampened by an unplowed parking lot and the loss of major amenities, including a closed pool and hot tub due to a leak and an unattended lobby bar. Because I booked through a third-party vendor, no compensation could be offered for these missing features—and I even ended up paying for my full two-day reservation despite checking out a day early—but as I wasn't there on vacation, it was a manageable trade-off. I would certainly return during the peak season to experience the hotel at its full potential, especially to enjoy the rooftop bar overlooking the lake."
