"The first night was difficult, but after speaking to a staff member Mr.soner a very nice Turkish man that works here he took care of my issues and also upgraded our room. He also provided us with breakfast for the next day, which is not included when you book the hotel room. This made us extend our vacation an extra night. So I definitely recommend this hotel and when you’re here, definitely speak to him. He’s the man ! Best staff worker in the hotel ! Thank you Mr.Soner !"

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff in every area of the hotel were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a huge difference throughout our visit. The housekeeping team was especially outstanding — their efficiency was second to none, and they were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful, very well maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. We also really appreciated the security on the door, which made us feel particularly safe, even though we had no concerns about the area itself. On top of that, the location was perfect and made everything so convenient. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
