« Nous allons définitivement ne plus réserver cet hôtel. Malpropreté générale de la chambre, mauvaise odeur, pas aéré .avons réserve 2 nuits, donc 2 chambres différentes. La première, draps sales, déjà utilisés, oreillers d mauvaise qualité. 2 e chambre mieux équipée, plus moderne, mais pas très propres au niveau du plancher et des murs, coulisses sales dans la salle de bains et poils. »

« I want to be transparent here. My room was barebones, but it is what I paid for, and for that I was satisfied. If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. It’s my hope that Richmond hotel will provide more amenities, upgrades, and repairs as it gets more guests there. »

« We booked online got there got 2 rooms and total horror, Prostitution heavy drug area. People hanging around rooms were aweful, there was blood on bed sheet, a big punch hole in Bathroom door as well as bathroom door in 3 separate parts one of the doors had big wide gap at bottom of door, could see through and any snake or critter could have slid in. »

« Dès qu’on arrive on a une appréhension de vétusté. A l’accueil le coin est étouffant avec son hygiaphone ancien modèle et l’absence de ventilation dans le réduit. Il est certain que si vous n’avez pas réservé, vous allez tout droit ailleurs. Heureusement que la réceptionniste est adorable, ça compense un peu. Quant à la chambre elle est relativement complète et propre et tout fonctionne. J’ai même droit au routeur Xfinity dans la mienne donc le wifi est excellent. Pas de petit-déjeuner, ni thé...
