"This is a lovely hotel. It is well located and we could walk to everything we needed. We have stayed in Vail a lot so we’re aware of the parking situation, and the parking structure worked fine. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable, and to my relief, very quiet! The room has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the description says they have air conditioning but our room did not have it. It was really hot on the 4th floor, and there’s no fan, and this was mid-September, couldn’t imagine the middle of summer! We kept the windows open, but it didn’t help much. I would suggest the hotel invest in fans at least if the air conditioning is not going to work. In the middle of the night it was 80 degrees in the room. :/"

"Clean room and staff was kind. Bummed about elevator not working when I checked out but besides that, everything was great. Breakfast was good, especially the sausages! I do wish that the room had a coffee maker but loved that we had a microwave."

"They turned water off at 8am in morning for construction. Warning signs by exit doors late nite before. Wouldn't know if didn't go out at nite. Rooms nice & comfy"
