"The beds were too soft; woke up with a backache every morning. The food needs to be more diversified. I am lactose intolerant and gluten free; neither was offered yet I still had to pay the food fee :("

"Studio is spacious, perfect for 2. Bed was comfortable. Location great by downtown and hiking trails. In garage parking was nice. Parking spots are narrow. Security was good with codes required for all entrances. Decor was warm and inviting."

"Issue with lights and electricity supply in room 427 - lights came on/off unattended. Bar staff were good. Restrictive breakfast - wanted only a glass of juice but was informed I would have to pay for breakfast as juice was not free - did not pay, but embarrassing."

"Everything was top notch! The host was extremely communicative, checking in by text after we arrived. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped for family meals! We loved the location so close to town, bike paths and trails. We walked to town for breakfast, rode our bikes on the bike path, and ran on the trails by Rainbow Lake. We went to the nearby Whole Foods by car once and other than that, didn't drive until we left! The clean hot tub was a treat after our bike rides and runs! Highly recommend this home!"
