Property was great and Mountain View was fantastic. Only downside was that housekeeping was very noisy, so don’t plan to sleep past 8am. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Room was spotless and a comfortable temperature. We received a phone call that the room was ready for earlier check-in. They assisted us with all of our ski gear and bags to be brought to the room. Incredibly friendly and gave restaurant recommendations for our family with 3 young children! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a great experience at the Sitzmark Hotel. The property is cozy and welcoming, and the little touches made our stay even better — fresh cookies every day at 3 pm, continental breakfast included, and hot chocolate available all day. The highlight for me was definitely the bed. I’m not a fan of firm mattresses, so this one was perfect. The bed and blankets were so comfortable that it was honestly hard to get up in the morning. The service was another standout. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially the two older gentlemen at the front desk — I wish I remembered their names because they were wonderful. Overall, a great stay with comfort and hospitality that really stood out.

Terrific one night stay in Vail Village, while on a 2 week road trip. Celebrated wife’s birthday and front desk (shout out to Wayne) sent a bottle of Prosecco to our room which we enjoyed on the outdoor pool/hot tub deck. Great views! Also very close to Sweet Basil (awesome venison and duck meals) and Village shops.
