Here in San Juan National Forest, you'll be only four miles south of canoeing, kayaking, and fishing at Electra Lake, and eight miles south of the slopes and lifts of Purgatory Resort. You'll feel relaxed and at ease as soon as you enter the open living space, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the surrounding woodlands. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) At front desk I requested the key where they asked if I had been notified I was able to check in early. I said no. They told me they couldn’t release key until 4:00 I had to sit there for 1.5 hours on the front step of unit because no one would authorize an “early check in” there we no one in the unit no cleaning no maintenance but there I had to sit because I was never offered early check in and nobody at Vacasa would allow it.
