« We enjoyed our stay but given the premium rates we had expectations for better accommodation. Space size was as expected but the accoutrements are lacking. Cheapest grades of things like paper towels, not even a box of tissues, tiniest soap and even the shower offerings were empty. The bathrooms were not vacuumed (…hair, yuck!) the kitchen houseware needs updating — only three coffee mugs and the pots and pan were lacking and poor quality. « Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The Villa is nicely updated. Great view of the water. Nice "rainfall" shower. Comfortable living area. Chairs and tables on the deck and balcony. Easy communication with the host. No issues during our visit. As a few people have mentioned on other reviews, the decks and balconies of all these villas lack privacy as you can see and hear your neighbors. We were also able to rent kayaks from Grassy Key Marina and have them delivered and use...
