The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property

The rooms were very comfortable and a great size much more expensive than I expected. The decor was elegant, and it was right in the heart of downtown Cruise Bay.

Jessica was the perfect host. Answered tbe phone on the first ring. Location very accessible to downtown (just few steps to deal with), view from the pool is awesome. Very safe.

We got a true dose of the life experience on the island staying here. The entire experience was MAGICAL!!!! Me and my family will most definitely staying again when we come back

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, as my family had done most of the research, but was pleasantly surprised. We had a two room suite, and it was really clean and well maintained. The only downside side is that both bathrooms are upstairs, and be prepared for lots of stairs to get around! The facility offers shuttles to get you around, so if you don’t mind waiting for a shuttle, they will haul you around. Pools were great, and the seaweed didn’t bother us. Other beaches would be better anyway even without the seaweed. A common theme that we found is that some staff and locals are rude and impolite. After one visit to the Margaritaville Coffee Shop, we didn’t go back. Some were super friendly, and really made us feel welcome, though! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and would recommend the resort!
