"Staff upon checking in and out were lovely. Wasn’t provided info on laundry, which I heard other talking about. My particular unit could use a kitchen inventory done…the baking tray didn’t fit in the oven, no oven mitts, just a few things that could be really helpful. Bathroom had old used soap etc in the shower, so I’d say if they could tune into the details a bit more it would be perfect. We forgot something however and they kept great care of it until a friend was able to retrieve. We would stay again however! The promixity to everything is so great!"

"second time here and it was both pleasant to be here. I had my grand daughter with me and she had a great time. Location is key as it was close to everything. All walking distance. plan on going back next year. The pool area is fantastic."

"My family and I are some of the 12,000 Summerland, BC residents who had to evacuate our beloved town because of the wildfires that ravaged our area from August 7th onward. We felt so fortunate to finally find accommodation at Comfort Inn and Suites in Penticton, BC, after spending a sleepless night in our vehicles. The attentive staff were very understanding of our plight, and so kind, so helpful. Our rooms were newly renovated, and very pleasantly welcoming with their lovely decor. Staying here after our frightening exodus from what seemed like Armageddon all over again certainly helped to ease our pain."
