Bed was nice and comfortable. Toilet had a leak and flushed on its own every 5 minutes. Lights on bedside tables did not work and as such, neither did the plugs Supposed to have housekeeping daily but did not. When I asked the front desk for some clean towels, coffee pods and cups because housekeeping did not come, told I had to bring in the towels in order to get clean ones - in a rude way. Breakfast was ok. Will not book here again

Bedding and towels were clean. King size mattress had a big dip in the middle with one side of the bed (the less used side) higher than the other side. Air intake for AC was black and dirty with mold. Very limited number of plugs in room with some not working. Property was old and out of date. I would not recommend this property.

An absolute 5-star gem in the Penticton area! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely compound and cannot recommend it enough.The outdoor pool area is fantastic—large, crystal clean, fully fenced for safety, and surrounded by a beautiful patio that is perfect for relaxing. The landscaping across the entire property is absolutely amazing and creates such a peaceful atmosphere.If you are traveling with kids, the morning breakfast is incredibly convenient and takes all the stress out of your AM routine.Everything about this accommodation made our family trip easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Stay here all the time I come to Penticton. I travel over from Australia about every 18months. It’s old but it’s clean and the staff care. The breakfast is great and really handy so it’s one less meal to worry about. I will be back again. Great location
