Excellent filling daily breakfast especially the make-it-yourself waffles with ample syrup, the hot scrambled eggs and either sausages, ham or bacon and sometimes all 3 along with usual cereals, yoghurt, bread,toast,muffins and fruit. The women there do a superb job of re-filling supplies and keeping tables clean for the next person - Kudos to you all!

This property was in a perfect location for us to explore the wineries near Oliver, Oosooyos and around Penticton. And it was just a 20 min walk to Lake Skaha and the lovely Dragonboat pub where we enjoyed several gorgeous sunsets. The complimentary breakfast was superb and the staff so helpful. We were a little disappointed that the promised midweek cleaning of our room did not happen. But we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was a highlight. The most friendly welcome each morning that one could imagine. There was tons of choice. The room was poorly maintained and needed oil on the hinges, a paint touch up, replacement of tiles, repair of the kitchen faucet and reversal of the fridge door. It was a shame because the bones of the accommodation were good. It just needed care. The outdoor area was great. Family friendly open space with a pool and tables for sitting out in the evenings. It was fabulous!! Overall a good stay because of the breakfast and the outdoor area.

We had a one bedroom, queen, with a full kitchen. Very convenient as we were visiting family and our accommodations ended up being the hub of our get togethers. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Family enjoyed the outdoor patio with patio set. The included breakfast was really good. Great selection. Only downfall was that we were given a room with an adjoining door to the room beside us. Laundry was on the other side. We felt bad at night, although we were not late, we were noisy (family) for the people beside us. Next time we will see if we can get a room with no one on either side of us. We were there for a week and it worked out well. We would highly recommend staying here.

As much as I really loved certain parts of our stay here, I found it incredibly difficult to sleep and unfortunately won't stay here again. The pool was a great temperature and wasn't too loud or humid. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of fruit and different breakfast options. The room was clean and met our needs and the staff were friendly the whole time. Unfortunately, the outdoor courtyard lights shone into the bedroom and directly onto the pillow. The bedroom curtains did not provide any protection from the spotlight. And the upper floor plumbing was incredibly loud and sounded like someone blasted a white noise machine as soon as they turned on a tap. If you bring your earplugs and face mask, you'll really enjoy your time, but if you're a light sleeper this probably is not the place for you.

Understaffed housekeeping. After 5 days never saw cleaning staff in our room. Not their fault but had to get our own towels and supplies. Sheets were never changed. Continental breakfast ran out of milk and yogurt due to delivery problem

Staff at front desk were very nice. The room smelled like humidity. The closet door was punched in. We had a wall in front of our window with no natural light coming in. We put our sign to have our room clean and nobody came to clean it. The grounds are beautifully maintained. This room definitely should be fully renovated. Breakast was good. This is not the first time we get a terrible room with expedia booking.
