"L’attention à chaque détail, tant dans l’accueil, la décoration, les services et activités, la nourriture, est exceptionnelle, rarement vu un niveau pareil !
L’hôtel est niché au milieu d’une splendide plantation de thé, juste en lisière de la jungle. Tout est beau, et encore, nous étions au début de la saison des pluies donc avec quelques orages… mais la magie a opéré avec la visites de dizaines de singes, d’oiseaux multicolores…
Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable !

"This hotel was not open when we got there. I had no alerts from Orbits and had to have local Rwandans help us figure out how to transfer hotels. Horrible communication for this as we traveled very far to stay here and booked well in advance."

Amazing stay at UMVA! Quiet, gorgeous architecture, yummy food, and lovely community vibes at dinner. I really enjoyed kayaking on the lake!! And throughout, felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Definitely recommend!

The staff were very friendly & willing to assist to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They're quick to respond to requests.
The chef in particular would come up with drinks & snacks as we returned from a full day of activities.
The rooms were private & the grounds were naturally lush.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the property was very clean and well maintained. We used the gym which had all the equipment we needed, and the location was in an ideal spot. Breakfast had a great selection of food and the room was comfortable and clean as well. Recommend this hotel for a stay in Kigali.

Très belle hotel. Parfait pour la famille. De très belle chambre confortable. Une très belle piscine et la grotte est superbe. Petite suggestion toutefois, réduire le coût des cocktails. Près de 20$ usd pour des cocktails cest extrêmement cher pour ce type d'hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans hotel de luxe au qatar où l'alcool est cher et même là on ne payait pas 20usd. De plus, la qualité du cocktail n'était pas au rendez-vous. Manque de décoration et le dosage d'alcool n'était pas bien. Si non,...
