« The cabin was cute and nicely updated. The inside was very clean, well furnished, and stocked with all of the essentials. The outside had some useful amenities and a relaxing atmosphere but it wasn't as well kept as the inside. There were tons of spider webs, which wasn't unexpected, but the entire exterior could have used a good powerwash.The location/neighborhood seemed somewhat ok but it isn't the most diverse place and some may not feel welcome in that area. « This was an amazing place. Comfortable, relaxing, and homey. The furniture is beautiful. The plants are real. I long for a sense of place with history and character, not plastic flowers and indescript mass art. This house checked all tbose boxes. We liked it so much that we quickly reserved a stay for our return trip. This will be our go to everytime we go to Hannibal which is our favorite stopover on our way to Chicago. Mark Twain soul is so refreshing. The people of Hannibal make me feel apart...

Little bit of road noise in the adult bedroom, but we played white noise on a phone and slept right through it. « My family of 8 came and stayed here for 2 nights while boating at Mark Twain Lake. We absolutely loved this house and it was so close to the marina. This house was very clean with extra supplies, soap, towels etc. and we thank you for that. The open concept with the garage was also a great hang out for my kids and the pond out front was used to go fishing with my daughter early morning. I wish we could of stayed longer. We will definitely be back next year. »
