It was a tight fit, but it got the job done. The staff picked us up when we got to the welcome center in hirafu promptly at the exact time we told the staff we would be there. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with all needs. There was a shuttle bus that picked us up/dropped us off right in front of the hotel for the skiers/snowboarders. There is also a bus stop conveniently located right across the street to get to various places outside of the ski bus route. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of variety to choose from. I also liked that there was a gym on-site with plenty of equipment to use. I would highly recommend staying here!"
