"Room smelled strongly of cleaning solution. There was no shelf in the walk in shower to put soap or shampoo, only the floor. There are no bars or handles for handicapped patrons either in the room or public restroom near the lobby. Toilets were low to the ground. As a handicapped senior citizen, this was a problem. Hotel was being renovated and wasn’t completely finished. Trim work on the inside of the bathroom door looked as if a beaver had been gnawing on it. "

"Nicest Best Western I’ve stayed. Rooms are ENORMOUS with separate lounging area. Great stay!"

"Good location by I-95. Good breakfast. Room was good and very clean, but had a weird smell that we couldn't define. Something like a mix of dump carpet and chemicals smell. But overall, for a night or two, we would stay there again. "

"Smoke detector removed and wires hanging out the wall. Toilet leaking in the floor, paint peeling on the door frame, stained walls and water stained ceiling in the bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock. Will not stay there again. Staff was very friendly at check in. "
