« Upon arrival the staff was friendly we arrived mid evening round like 6/7 , once we was in the room we noticed room only had 1 towel & the room was overly hot we was traveling with kids so was no go we let front know and the man at time did help , the following day tho we notice the toilet was not flushing and started to clog we was without a bathroom for 2 hours as they had replace the whole toilet, the sink was also semi clogged so we only was able run water very lightly or it would fill up so...

« The bedroom area was fine. The shelves in the open closet area was very dusty and had not been cleaned since I do not know when. The bathroom was old and needed updating. the bathroom door and casing were water damaged and could not be closed.Every time you cut on the light to the bathroom the exhaust fan would come on which was nerve-wracking. There should be a way to turn it off when you just want the light on. The only amenities supplied were 2 small soaps for handwashing. The hair blow...

« I always stay here if I’m in the area. They have some of the best desks for getting some work done. I also prefer a smoking room, and it’s the only place around that they actually keep them clean. A lot of the other reviews complain about the breakfast but at this price point it’s great to get anything extra. And as for the “outdated decor” I think it gives the place some charm. It’s a very relaxing and quiet place. Thick walls and comfy beds. »

« Nice room, giid bed. The breakfast however was scarse and poor quality. I would not have minded to spend $10 more for a better breakfast and coffee. »

« Très bon hôtel d'étape à un prix très intéressant. Nous y avons séjourné de par sa proximité (5 min de route) avec le chicago outlet situé à Aurora. Bonne literie, propreté, personnel accueillant et wifi stable. Le seul bémol est la qualité du petit déjeuner mais il n'y pas de secret pour un séjour à 4 à 70 €. »
