« When I have to come to Livonia Georgia, this is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We love it there. »

« We found the mattresses to be too hard and pillows too soft. Our room did not receive housekeeping services. I was able to get fresh towels from the front desk. On Monday morning, they ran out of sausages and scones. »

« It was very clean and the beds were comfy. I have no complaints except the toilet flushed a bit weak/slow where you had to hold it down for quite a bit. There were plenty of towels and even extra linens for the pull out couch. Overall great experience. »

« The property is gorgeous and there are so many deer roaming everywhere. The hosts were great and communicated well. We really loved the decor and cleaning less of the house and it was a great stay. We will rent here again if we come back to the area. »

« The property could use a little updating especially the outside but otherwise it’s a great place. Beautiful lake view and fun dock. Host was very responsive to any questions. The kitchen was updated and very nice. The indoor staircase was a little scary and would be difficult to manage for people with mobility issues. Also the rocks on the path to the lake were a little unstable. Overall, however we would go back and we had a great time. »

« The cabin has everything you need! Perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the quick access to the lake with the kayaks and canoes and our paddle trip to Tugaloo State Park. We look forward to our next visit! »
