« Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. « While the staff was very helpful and the location good, the hotel had some downfalls. The grass was basically dead, which was noticeable because of the very green golf course across the street. The 5th floor ice machine broke down 3 times in 5 days and one of the elevators was out for 2 days. The carpet is very old and since there is no pool the only other amenity was the workout room, which was sparse. The $16.00 hotel breakfast was definitely way over priced! « The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in.
