« Thank you to Vanessa who checked me in and helped me throughout my stay. She was so kind and present, even though she was extremely busy every moment I needed extra towels, or to buy from the market. She was so helpful and cheerful. There was another gentleman at the counter in the morning. He looked up and then looked away without a "hello" or greeting. He could learn from Vanessa, for sure! Thank you to Donna for being so amazing with her breakfast service. The food was delicious. The...

« Interesting property concept with the outside room entrances. Nice, spacious rooms. Lots to like. Disappointments: Requested and confirmed an upper floor room. Four-story building. Was put on the ground floor. Also, the absence of front desk staff after 5 PM was a negative. »

« Stayed for 4 nights with a service dog. I am originally from Cleveland, but my residential home was occupied so I booked this hotel and had much higher expectations pulling into a “Quality Inn” than what was seen. I informed him I was traveling with a service animal, and you may ask if it is a service...

« At the time of writing the hotel is undergoing a remodel which was reflected in the review but based on past stays and the outstanding staff I'd personally stay again! The rooms were clean and well maintained, the linens were soft and stain free and there was enough space and seating for everyone to comfortably converse! The location is primero if you want to do something in Cleveland your right there and your away from the highway while still have quick access back if you're looking to explore...
