We had booked a suite, when we checked in found out that the elevator was not working. Being handicapped I could not climb the stairs. The first floor only had regular rooms so we took one. I could not get a price adjustment going from a suite to a reg room because I booked through Expedia. We just ate the cost difference. I think we should have been notified that the elevator was out of service. Other than that the room was good.
