Loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings with coffee listening to the birds and being visited by the family of chatty Guinea fowl. Also a sweet relaxing spot in the evenings after dinner. This place had everything we needed. Host very communicative and responsive. Quite, and peaceful except for the neighbors stinky Goat that was alway here. The first day he had us stuck in the house by jumping on the door and blocking it. We finally got brave and drugged it into the pen with the 2 mini goats. Only to find out that he was not there goat. The outside rocking chairs should have been cleaned before guest arrived. They were so filthy dirty. But the beds were great. And the inside was clean. Shower heads need replacing and water pressure in the bathrooms is bad but it worked. Summing up our stay. We laugh about being held hostage by the goat until we got braved. Wi-Fi was good to us. No issue. But lost power 1hr after getting there and had no info on who to contact. That needs to be addresses. House was clean and well supplied. And everything worked. We loved the star gazing at night and the deer in the field each morning and at dusk each night. The animals were a nice bonus! My daughter was competing at the tristate exhibition center so this was a convenient place to stay with only a 20 minute drive to the facility. All of the roads are good paved roads all the way to the property and good roads to the rentals. The rentals are spread out over the 93 acre farm so you are not close to anyone else.Everyone is so friendly and helpful!We loved it and will be back soon!!! ##### Tammy R.
