« Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ nous avons été traités comme des princes. Le personnel est super accueillant et souriant, et toujours prêts pour s'assurer que tout se passe au mieux. Nous avons apprécié la visite de l'hôtel et l'explication de son concept zen. Le restaurent de l'hôtel est délicieux avec des produits frais du jardin ou des environs. « Magnifique hébergement avec un personnel aux petits soins. Confort, et grand luxe!! Par contre, la nourriture est beaucoup trop chère pour la qualité proposée qui n’est pas, à mon avis, à la hauteur d’un deux clés Michelin… en commençant par le café. Décevant pour un pays qui produit du café si merveilleux! L’hôtel aurait tout avantage à former ses employés à la méthode des baristas et offrir de vrais cafés de spécialités. Et payer des soupes du jour très ordinaires, à 15$ USD du bol, c’est...

« Très bel endroit dans la nature avec la tranquillité. Personnel très gentil et offrant un excellent service. Nous avons pu observer plusieurs oiseaux, grenouilles et tortues sur le site. Se situe à 45 min en auto de La fortuna. Belle cabine!. Effectivement je recommande un VUS pour utiliser le chemin privé pour se rendre. »

« The room was in good condition, but things were old, but it was clean and it was comfortable. Had a nice fireplace. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was OK. Dinner was all right. Breakfast was fine however, the hotel is located in a very remote area and to get there, we had to travel on a very steep narrow curvy road that took us a very long time and then as we made the turn to get to the hotel, the road was unpaved and filled with potholes and really craters, and the 4 miles...

« Property is fantastic beautiful views and view of small waterfall. Walk around property and enjoy the nature, river, waterfall. Property manager on site was super friendly and helpful. Three story type house. Kids loved the bunk at the top. Easy walk to town for food and groceries. We stopped here between drive from SJO and La fortune and stayed one night then went to blue falls great stop!! »

« The property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not it. It is located on a busy road with extremely loud traffic all day and night. Ear plugs were provided but were useless. I'm happy thay my stay was limited to one night as I require quiet enjoyment in my lodgings. Parking was also tricky and the rivers and gardens mentioned in other reviews were non existent. This property is 2 hours away from San Jose...
