"Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it back. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other places to stay."

"This place wasn't just dirty; it was disgusting! It is obvious that this rental is owned by a large company and not an individual and it was obvious by the condition of the home upon arrival. But the Wifi wasn't working for the first 3 nights we stayed and when I reached out to ask for assistance I was receiving messages generated by AI with promises to look into the issues but each response was never met with a solution. Until i contacted the VRBO customer service then almost immediately I got some action and resolve same day which was on our 4th of 5 nights.
