"So first off I stayed here last year for 1 day and loved it. I decided to come back for my bachelorette and was beyond disappointed. First of all we arrive and my girls and I were put into an accessible room that we did NOT request. These are rooms that are made to accommodate certain needs. There was a large chair in the shower a certain a very difficult shower head etc. this made showering very difficult for us and not to mention the curtain kept touching our skin which we hated. We told the front desk and because they were overbooked they could not do anything about it until the next day. Fine. We were not offered ANYTHING for this inconvenience. The hotel comes with access to the beach club which has pools and chairs on the beach. The towels were filthy and hade strong various colored stains. The staff left on days that it rained even though it only rained for maybe an hour and the rest of the days it was sunny. Because of this we were not able to be in chairs on the beach. Meanwhile this was the whole reason why we stayed there. I found this extremely well dissapountkmf considering how much the hotel costs per night. What was meant to be a fun relaxing luxurious experience, was absolutely the opposite. As someone who comes to Delray multiple times a year I will never stay here again."

"Found women’s hair in the shower upon check in. Cleaners definitely not doing their jobs. I would pass on this location if you prefer cleanliness "

"Crane’s Beach House in Delray is an absolute gem. The property feels like a hidden oasis, with lush tropical landscaping that makes you forget you’re only a short walk from the heart of town and a block from the beach. The hotel grounds provide a relaxing, upscale atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The room was on the basic side but very clean and large! If you’re looking for a charming escape in Delray with a perfect location between beach and Atlantic Ave restaurant scene, Crane’s is it!"

"We had an excellent first visit at this property. It was beautifully decorated with unique features for its class, such as ample lobby seating, hot breakfast with fresh fruit, oversized roofdeck outdoor pool, and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Our room was oversized and the bathroom was modern and well lit. The HVAC system was quiet and cold, perfect for hot days and warm nights. "

"Not impressed with this property. Expected more attention to details. Amenities promised were nonexistent. The market place that was supposed to have cookies always completely empty no matter what time of day. Staff contradicted saying restock was in the AM or other staff advising restocked in the evening. If this is an amenity it should be stocked throughout the day and evening or just don’t offer it. A lot of mismanagement at the front desk.young inexperienced staff who could care less about our experience. The property seemed to have a lot of potential but sadly disappointed. "

"Loved the property. Short walk to the beach from our room each day was delightful . Beach was laid back so cozy .Tricia and the staff were so welcoming Be able to use an snackroom was great. Just perfect vacation. We will be back Gail and Ira"
