"My stay at the hotel had a rocky start due to some initial room issues; however, these were promptly and professionally resolved by Michell at the front desk, whose attentiveness and customer service truly stood out. Because of her efforts, my overall experience improved significantly and reflects the level of care the hotel provides. While I did encounter a minor issue with valet prior to my stay, I want to emphasize that this was an isolated experience and not representative of the valet team as a whole. In fact, the valet staff—especially the two ladies I interacted with—were exceptional, and their manager was equally courteous and professional. Overall, I believe in providing an honest and balanced review. Despite the initial challenges, the service recovery and consistent professionalism across the team made my stay a very positive one. I would confidently rate this experience five stars, largely due to the outstanding customer service."

"When we bent down to find our sandal - there was a used tampon on the floor near our bed! Housekeeping does not clean daily (even if you ask for bedding to be replaced - we had sand in the bed and wanted new sheets), they will leave you towels but otherwise, 4 days and had to call to have floor vacuumed and not much else is done."
