"At Waynesville/Dellsboro entrance to Maggie Valley so lowest Big rooms. Elevator and luggage carts a problem. No real view. Surprisingly good Mexican restaurant atttached to lovby( I’m not normally a fan). Soundproofing ok but dog friendly, so occasional barking dogs. Maid service every three days"

"The view is amazing! The unit was very clean and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The pull out sofa bed is ok for a kid but uncomfortable for an adult. It was nice having our own patio with chairs. There's also a good deck by the indoor pool that gives a nice view. Having a refrigerator and kitchen basics was helpful for our stay. We would definitely return."

"Room was comfortable but bathroom small and vanity a bit cramped. Found several hairs in tub, but otherwise clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Not sure why the breakfast was highly rated as we felt the quality and variety was minimal. Not even up to chain hotel (Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn and Hilton) level. Minimal fruit , no cereal except gloppy oatmeal and packaged muffins. Same scrambled eggs and pancakes each day. Could definitely use an upgrade there. Nice location looking out over the lake with the buildings in good condition considering the age. Plenty of parking. Not the highest quality, but worth the price"
