Stained carpets and flooring popping up. The biggest issue we had was one of the neighbors must have hunting dogs. These dogs barked non-stop from 6:00am to 11:00pm EVERY SINGLE DAY! They were so loud you could hear them in the cabin, with all doors and windows closed and the tv on. It was aweful! It was everything we wanted and more. Very private, cute, great views from the deck, a hot tub and stocked with everything we needed.
