I’ve been to Mexico City multiple times, and this was my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at. The location is unbeatable—right on the north end of Parque México, on a quiet, tree-lined street, yet steps away from tons of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was amazing, especially Giselle, who even put balloons in the room for my partner’s birthday!! The hotel also provided complimentary water and snacks, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with Molton Brown soap and even a loofah, which is extremely rare in hotels. Keep in mind that the rooms aren’t the largest, but that’s pretty standard for the area.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It’s well located. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hot water lasts about 3 mins max, I couldn’t even wash my hair- we had to be out of the showers within 3 mins.

Decent stay, but a bit underwhelming overall. The location in Condesa is great and really the main upside: easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, etc. The property itself is more like an apartment rental than a hotel, which comes with some tradeoffs. My room had a terrace but it was a small enclosed space with high walls and not the most inviting. The bathroom design was very crowded and also prioritizes looks over function: very small sink, awkward faucet, and no towel rack. Kitchen was also barely equipped. I didn't bother trying to cook there. Housekeeping is technically daily, but it happens on a fixed schedule (around 3pm). If you have a do-not-disturb sign on at that time, they’ll skip it without coming back, or you can request it for earlier in the day. I was on the ground floor near the corridor, so there was frequent noise from people passing by. Sound seemed to travel from next door and above more than expected too. Nights were quiet, but was frequently distburbed when just chilling in my room during the afternoon. The staff were friendly and responsive when I messaged them by text. It worked fine as a base and was likely a good value, but I’d probably opt for a more traditional hotel next time.
