Spacious and clean room, all in working order. Pleasant and well stocked breakfast area. Pleasant staff.
One negative point - our ground level room opened directly to the outside rather than to an interior hallway as seemed to be the case for other floors.

Trade winds on the Bay exceeded my expectations. Room was modern,clean and a great value for the money. Located right on the main st in Rockland so everything is a short walk away. I would stay there again.
