« Loud!! No mention of renovation work till we’d committed our payment. Disappointing. Otherwise, I recommend the resort. Great dive company, nice room, good breakfast buffet, clean, beautiful pool. The initial room cleaning was terrible, found a huge hairball in shower. Gross. The rest of the time the cleaning was adequate. »

« Our stay Las Verandas was an incredible experience! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and feel like we hit the jackpot. « I understand that the hotel cannot control the wind and incoming seaweed yet when it's been there for weeks (I found that out after getting into my room), has become stagnant and smells horribly, they should tell people before taking their money. They should also drastically reduce the price to compensate. People, including me, had to hold their breathe it was so foul. Could not use the deck in front of my waterfront room at all due to the smell. Had to just go inside and keep the door shut....
