It was very nice stay, very close to restaurants and shopping, the gardens were beautiful and they gave us coffee and toast for free in the morning in the garden, very nice surprise. The rooms were large but the beds were a little hard to my taste. Quiet and clean, the staff was very helpful.

Excellent location, pretty hotel. Wifi is good. Breakfast has a lot of options, but it was surprising there was no type of plant milk for coffee for anyone with allergies. I also thought it was strange that I had to walk through the breakfast restaurant between my room and the lobby to come in/out of the hotel. I didn't like the fact music at the pool (which was immediately next to my room) started playing around 8:30am daily, even on weekends, because this woke me up every day of my stay. That's because the patio doors to the pool are thin and have no insulation. I would stay here again, but I would avoid a room bordering the pool deck if possible. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Water pressure in the shower was good.

"The staff at the hotel is incredibly friendly, helpful and nice. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The room was old, had a bad smell and the windows were exceedingly dirty. I asked and they said they would refund the entire amount. I still have not received refund."
