Location was great. Advertised as Bay View, NOT A VIEW, the stairs going up to 2nd floor was our view. I would not have paid what I did but thought the price would be worth a view. Not one clock in the whole place. There was no ice machine on the property or even ice trays. The TV volume could not be turned up or down on remote or the actual TV. Bed was comfortable.

Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.
