"The rooms were clean but carpet stained from previous use. Close to State Farm arena truly a 8 minute or less walk. Beautiful meeting rooms, food & drink cost were very pricey $$$$ but over taste was ok."

"Pros: great location for what I needed Cons: -Poor staffing and valet staff smelled like W eE d -door key wouldn’t work, had to go down to front desk 4 times before they fixed the issue -only 1 elevator worked so wait time was literally 10 minutes and having to go back and forth to the front desk was a nightmare. -stair doors to the floor and elevators requires a key card which mine didn’t work so that another issue -valet people “lost” my vehicle -room had peeling paint Over all I would not stay here again "
