"This is a great location. Giving 4 stars for a slow TV and internet connection, and a broken umbrella upon arrival (mgmt did have a replacement sent over). Very good communication, easy parking. Unfortunately, we did not really have peace and quiet- a deck was being built next door and upstairs neighbors were so loud. But all of these things are easily resolved, and I am sure the next guests will find it all ok. "
