To speak to others posts, it’s may not be aesthetically perfect, there is a little touch up paint needed but otherwise it’s wonderful and so is the PM and Nathan the owner. No negatives. Only recommendation would be add a folding clothes dryer to the utility cabinet. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplace, and hot tub along with all the amenities of being in Sunriver. Our only “complaint” actually was that there was no basic cooking spray which I hadn’t realized so I didn’t bring my own. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and often times that is included, but I don’t think this place listed that it did. Not a huge problem- but would be great for future!!! What a great property! Our small family enjoyed our stay. I will say that it only has one bathroom, and it's small so be prepared for that. The pictures on Expedia don't do this place justice. It's much nicer than it appears in the photos here. So close to the Village in Sunriver, that its crazy. Only downside would be the slight road noise since you are relatively close to the main entrance. Bikes were great, and when there was an issue with the fire pit, maintenance was there within 30 mins.
