Love that they gave us a drink coupon at the bar/restaurant. Close to the University, which was the reason for our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast is pretty weak but passable. We have stayed once before and would definitely go back. Some traffic noise so need to ask for a room on the backside next time.

The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was dirty and I saw 3 roaches in there. The first night was terrible. A wrestling team had checked in and being on the ground floor, I could hear them running up and down the halls all night. Both nights I had hot water issues. The first night, the hot water completely ran out about 45 seconds in to my shower. The second night, the hot water turned luke warm about a minute in and anticipating it would run out, I took a quick shower, but the warm water ended quickly so it was cold when I was getting out. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that cost $200 a night.
