"With 40,000 people in town for a music show, the staff especially Richard at the front desk was amazing. He was kind and helpful with over a dozen people showing up at the same time to check in. Our room was not ready yet and he suggested a great place to have a late lunch while our room was being cleaned. Once we got back he remembered my name and had my keys ready. Later that night when everyone came back from the show Robert and another man (sorry I didn’t get his name) was at the desk and helped us with all our needs. The bar was still open so we had a drink and visited with new friends that went to the show. I can’t say enough on how well the staff handled so many people. The hotel was fully booked and I never heard one complaint. "

"Despite the considerable distance from New York, we were greeted cordially by Daniel. His exceptional service and informative demeanor made our experience truly memorable. A refreshing cup of coffee was conveniently available in the breakfast area, even outside of the designated breakfast hours, which greatly enhanced our overall enjoyment."

"Loved the location, great view of the Magnolia Silos which are a block away. Easy walk to all the restaurants and bars downtown. Great room service menu as well. Definitely spend the money on the breakfast they do an amazing job. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town. "
