Capitol was in walking distance as well as many of the other popular sights.
Hyatt on Capitol Hill has a nice restaurant/bar if you choose to stay in.

We had a room with a beautiful view. The car valet guy Teddy was amazing. He was super helpful. I parked my car on my own and the hotel already charged me for valet so the person at the front desk told me I should get the car and have the valet guys park it. It was late at night, raining an I was so n shorts. So I told Teddy about the situation and he told me that he would get my car. I was so thankful!! I felt lucky to have such a caring man to spare me from walking in the freezing cold night to find my car.
Room service was ok. They messed our order 2 times but were very apologetic.
