"Great"

"When we arrived my heart just sank. The staff was super nice and helpful but it was just so gross. The hallway smelled terrible, there were questionable people outside/around. Then we get to the room and it didn't feel clean. The bedding had stains, the toilet seat was burnt(?!!!), the door to the hall looked like the side had been axed, we had to keep the window open because of an odor, etc. We literally slept there only bc I knew I couldn't get a refund. Didn't use anything we didn't have to and jetted out the next day. I was so embarrased bc the trip was for my sister's bday and this is what I had to offer her on the first night. Please know I'm not a picky person, but this was so uncomfortable."

"The toilet had a huge rust stain in it and the toilet never stopped running. I looked inside to see if I could stop it from running and it was totally gross with gunk all over the pieces. Looks like it hasn't been changed in 50 years. The shower mat was coming up and looked ugly. The floors throughout were dirty, my sock were dirty when I took them off. Next door people were very very noisy. Something hit the building very hard and the whole room shook even my bed. No idea what it was. No explanation given."

"This hotel was so gross. Not worth saving a little money, stay somewhere nicer. "

"The facility was pretty good. Check-in was easy, they have a heated pool and Jacuzzi, which is lit up at night and was nice to have. The restaurant on site was also good. The only problem I had was with our room, it was old and dated, but that’s really not an issue, may be for some. We had a lot of bugs in our room. Considering the outdoor space is so close to the room and there’s a lot of foliage, etc It’s understandable to a point however having it sprayed every month, would do a lot to keep bugs outside where they belong."

"Nice clean room with good lighting. I never order room service but had a super busy day and knew it would be a long time before I could eat, so I odered breakfast and it was delivered quickly, hot and very tasty."
