« C'est propre et le personnel est sympa. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain est très bien aussi (chambre avec salle de bain privée). Hôtel bien situé au cœur de El Poblado. Mais sa situation dans ce quartier fait qu'il y a du bruit jusqu'au bout de la nuit. Il est collé aux boites de nuits et bars dansants et il est donc impossible de dormir. Du coup, si vous voulez vous reposer et vous lever tôt pour visiter la ville, je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel. En revanche, si vous voulez...

« We arrived early in the morning the day of our checkin and the staff was very accommodating, offering that we take a nap in hammocks, as we had travelled all night from Medellìn to get to Salento. Upon arrival, the breathtaking view of the surrounding nature is soothing and mesmerizing. Our room was clean and spacious. « Agréable d'avoir une piscine sur le toit, c'est une belle piscine, mais la toile est abîmée. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Les lits dans les dortoirs sont corrects. Le déjeuner n'était pas bon (au goût) alors je n'ai plus déjeuner là par la suite. Le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas dans la nuit et Adrien est venu l'arranger (MERCI!) Adrien et Carolina, à la réception, sont vraiment gentils et aidants ! »

« Le viajero est bien situé à 10mn de la plage à pied. Le seul problème c est que c est un hostel fréquenté à 80% par des Israéliens qui ont un comportement vraiment mauvais. Ils parlent fort jusque 2h du mat ,crient dans les couloirs. L hôtel a mis en place des mesures pour faire respecter les règles. Je ne conseille pas aux femmes solos les dortoirs mixtes en tout cas pas à San Andres.Sinon le personnel est adorables toutes les personnes de la réception sont très gentils , toujours à l écoute....

« C'est mon premier séjour en auberge de jeunesse et j'ai vraiment apprécié. Le petit dej inclu ainsi que la piscine sont vraiment un plus ! il y a un très bon wifi dans les espaces commun et on peut demander des renseignements ou confier ses affaires à l'accueil, ils sont vraiment très sympa et de bon conseil. »

"L’hôtel est vraiment très beau. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympa et agréable. Ma chambre était très spacieuse, joliment décoré et avec une vue époustouflante sur la montagne de Medellin. Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation pratiquement inexistante. J’étais réveillé pendant les 2 nuits passées à l’hôtel par les voisins qui rentraient tard et qui parlaient très fort. On pouvait même entendre le bruit des voitures au 18 ème étage. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le resto très sympa et agréable. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel malgré le problème d’insonorisation."
