Book rooms towards the back as its in a busy street that can be loud on weekends. Stairs to go up to the property but staff help with your bags after ringing the doorbell. Breakfast consists of different types of egg, fruit, cheese, juice and coffee/hot chocolate. Would be good to have other traditional Colombian breakfast...

"We had a wonderful time and aside from the haute-cuisine quality, Nora and Jorn's warmth make you ponder when the next visit will be. Our door knob broke just before we arrived, but as our visit took place on a holiday, we're sure that that minor issue has been taken care of. We'll go back to El Lugar Nórdico. We loved the place, its cleanliness and how we were able to rest and forget about city noises, work, or even television (we didn't bother)."
