"I wish I could give zero stars because i stayed ZERO nights, but sadly, to warn you all, they get one star. First. I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in. I called the number I was provided for assistance, and the person that picked up...

"Not sure where to start. I’ll say that the property was clean and checkin was smooth. The apartment itself was okay. It was missing some kitchen accessories, like a toaster, but overall it was okay. The range didn’t work well and the washer and dryer required payment (and the dryer must have a broken heating element because it didn’t dry). The neighborhood is very sketchy but we didn’t get mugged so that’s good. The management contact reached out to me a couple of weeks ahead and told me we...
