Staff was amazing at the property, everyone was super welcoming and attended our needs the very best! Property is gorgeous with amazing amenities and views, so worth it, a great place to stay and actually enjoy a vacation!!! Cannot recommend enough! Everything was perfect.

The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

Upgraded to Vista side to a 3 bedroom. Very nice room, great view for now. Construction on the north side of the building. Noise didn’t bother us but we are early risers. We had a butler but was not great. Our friend’s butler did the work for both of us. All staff are very good and very friendly. They remember your room number and drink order pretty quick. Food was very good and spent most our time at the roof top pool. It’s pretty incredible place to hang out. They have activities through the resort and only made it to one and no staff showed. The golf being $15USD per person per hour is a bit much when you are paying what we paid. We were a group of 10 and they made it work to sit together for supper every night, even when we went to the marina sister hotel for supper. Overall it was a great vacation, stop looking and book this place if the prices is right.

The afternoon check in woman is not helpful at all. It appears she doesn’t want to even be working. There is a ton of construction debris surrounding the side and back of hotel that many rooms look over.
