"Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking was a bit tight but always a space available. Room was clean and somewhat spartan, lighting needs improvement. Bathroom sink was partially clogged and backed up. Location is great and the view was marvelous. Internet AI falsely said pool was heated--it's not. Great value and I'd consider staying there again, just don't expect 4-star accomodations."

"The staff were courteous and friendly, from Mariah at check-in who assigned us a room with a spectacular view, to Marisol who kept our room shiny clean, to Marc who made our time on their private beach wonderful and Alex who exuded hospitality in the restaurant. There were many more staff who we encountered that were polite and friendly. "

"We just returned from an amazing family vacation at Devon Shores in Clearwater Beach with our two teenagers (a family of 4 total), and it exceeded every expectation! This is a gorgeous boutique hotel, completely remodeled and updated in recent years—everything feels brand new, spotless, and modern. The location couldn’t be better: just one short block from the main beach, so we were on the sand in under two minutes. No long walks with tired teens! We stayed in one of the family suites (perfect for 4 with two queen beds), which was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer—great oven, large fridge, and everything needed to cook. On the nights we were too exhausted from beach days to go out, we made easy, delicious meals right in the room. It saved us time and money, and the kids loved having snacks whenever they wanted. The staff is outstanding—super helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made our family feel very welcome. The heated pools were a huge highlight! Even on the cooler days (a bit chilly for Florida), we could all enjoy warm, relaxing swims without any problem. The two pools are beautiful, never felt crowded, and were right outside our door—ideal for teens to hang out. In short: a charming, clean, modern boutique hotel with a prime location and thoughtful family-friendly details like the kitchen and pools. "We had an amazing stay at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach. The hotel was super clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect — literally right by the beach and close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful the whole time, check-in was easy, and the atmosphere felt upscale but still relaxed. The pool area was great and the views were beautiful. Overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This is my second year in a row coming here. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Roommate cute and comfy. Any time we had an issue, staff made sure it got fixed. Ocean view, cute and cozy aesthetic, I love this place and plan to come back next year."
