We got a mountain tower room. The room was fine but our view was a building so that sucked. Bed was comfortable. The shower was the worst part bc there’s no real shower door and the water gets all over the floor. Shower pressure was low also. Housekeeping never came over our 4 day stay even though we chose that we did want it. Overall the room and hotel was fine… the location on the strip was great!!! I’d stay again if I was being budget conscious.

Our stay was okay. We planned on swimming, but the pools were closed for construction. I suggest the hotel build an indoor pool for guests in the winter time.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We were hoping for a resort-style place to unwind for a day before we travelled to Sapa. We arrived at 6am hoping for an early check-in.
