"Room was excellent with a huge bed, breakfast was a little busy on occasions but staffwork very hard and everything worked fine, would like to say Zoe on the front desk and Kamila who runs the breakfast restaurant were absolutely fantastic people ,every hotel would be lucky to have people like these. Can’t praise the whole team enough."

"We arrived late and stayed for one night after a wedding nearby. Was so glad for the spacious car park because I was absolutely shattered and it was so dark. We stayed in a twin room with double and single bed. The single wasn't quite as plush as the double and my daughter was so disappointed she wasn't allowed to sleep in the big bed! The single was a bit hard but not too bad. I was grateful for the extra pillow in the wardrobe as they were a bit flat for me. The shower head holder was loose so it had to be hand held. The bathroom was a bit weathered though clean. The toilet took an age to refill so when all of us needed the loo, it took ages to be able to flush. Room was clean and tidy and we appreciated the kettle and hot drinks though we didn't need them this time. There was a decent English breakfast selection, with cereals, hot drinks and fruit juices for breakfast. We arrived around 9am and had to wait for several things to be refilled. Coffee was good so that was appreciated. If I was to be picky I would've liked pastries or pancakes 😁 My daughter fell in love with the two beautiful dogs who live there and she didn't want to leave. There was a playground on site, which we sadly didn't have time to explore. Overall we had a really lovely albeit short stay and would definitely come back if we were ever in the area again."

Dont be shy to let more personality come through via chat and smiles while in the restaurant, food fab quality. Breakfast good, eggs cooked well and quickly. Will most definitely return as value for money is great. "

"I love this hotel, this is my third stay, first time with the family. The hotel overall is gorgeous in beautiful surroundings. The restaurant was lovely as was the food and the cocktails and the service was impeccable. The room was a family room and was huge! No falling over each other loads of space, plus an added touch the fan was already running when we got there as it was a warm day, thank you. Tiny issue with team doors banging in the morning (not unreasonable time but nonetheless) but this will not stop booking another visit at all. "
