"I phoned to upgrade my room no available rooms so I asked to cancel for a full refund which they agreed and I never received my money back.. very un helpful and very hard to contact a human on the phone.. not recommended in any shape or form.."

"We liked the food drinks and entertainment. We did not like the outside of the hotel. Sludge on windows. Weeds every where. Narrow area along the front of the hotel was filthy needed a hose pipe on it. Needs painting every outside."

"The main image on this property is from the town itself as the property is located in an alley behind some shops. We weren't sure what to expect but as soon as you open the door, you get a good clean apartment with a small kitchen (no stove) and a clean and well appointed bathroom. The Wifi was terrible ..."
