Check in took a long time, with the worker not acknowledging I was standing there. The room bathroom was dirty, and other customers were complaining that their shower was backing up.

No employees would address the 2nd hand smoke part take smoking. I nearly had to to urgent vare. Staff did not care I couldnt breathe. Coulnt open window, no screen. Slept 3 hours at best and no refund. Was told call the back for a refund. No return phone call. Staff had the nerve to ask me,what do you think is fair like 10 percent off. 10 percent with difficulties breathing and 3 hours of sleep with 6 hour drive ahaed of me. This is Choice Hotels.?
