Hotel was Clean staff was friendly.
Only bad thing was there are only 2 elevators and 1 of them was down all weekend and cleaning staff had to use the working elevator as well as guests and that elevator was stuck on the nineth floor for a number of hours.

The property and room were clean and looked nice. The only thing that would have improved my stay would be if the pool was larger/less cold. It was freezing! Continental breakfast would’ve also been preferred over having a restaurant to buy food

Room was quiet, parking because the hotel was sold out was adequate. Free Coffee must pay for breakfast. Staff was helpful. Used Expedia and couldn’t get my Marriott points 3rd party. Marriott charging 100 extra a night for a room with Chicago pricing was the only negative.

Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay.
Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car.
The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again.
