"This place was the most convenient for us. All of the areas we wanted to visit were close and so was the train station. Lots of cute dining areas to check out and the locals are very friendly! Only negatives were the bathrooms (they were tiny, but useable) and we didn’t get more than 2 rolls of paper for a 6 day stay. We had to get our own toilet paper. Overall, it was a good experience and we would definitely use them again when we come back to Japan. "

"Prior to arrival emails were answered promptly. Rooms are large for Tokyo. Staff spoke English very well and were able to assist in using luggage transfer. Front desk even called ahead to next hotel to confirm luggage acceptance. Would recommend and stay again. "

"The apartment had been set up for our family of four. We requested for an extra pillow and were given one. The room has a small kitchen, microwave, toaster. I had used the indication stove once during my stay. But they mentioned no cooking oil must be used so I was quite puzzled on that that. We were provided sufficient towels and toiletries. Trash must be sealed and placed outside the room before 12pm. Used towels can be collected too before the same time. I would say that the room wasn't...
